The second tranche of the share placement for up to 12.25 million shares will be issued subject to shareholder approval at a meeting of shareholders to take place on Wednesday 19 May 2010 commencing at 1.00pm at the Holiday Inn City Centre, 788 Hay Street, Perth, Western Australia. The monies raised from the share placement issue will be used to identify, evaluate and acquire mineral projects and for general working capital. The Company is currently reviewing project opportunities prospective for uranium, gold and platinum in Southern and Western Africa. An Appendix 3B is attached with respect to the new securities issue and the Company gives notice that: • it issued the Shares without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act 2001 (“Act”); • this notice is being given under section 708A(5)(e) of the Act; • as at today’s date, the Company has complied with: (i) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Act as they apply to the Company; and (ii) section 674 of the Act; and • as at today’s date there is no other information that is excluded information which is required to be set out in this notice pursuant to section 708A(6)(e) of the Act. Split nach unten noch paar Aktien nach legen so dass der wert der
Aktien gleich bleibt
Wobei ich die Befürchtung habe das jetzt der Preis Hochgetrieben wird
das Stammkapital dann erhöht wird und
dann man wieder Jahre warten muss bis hier mal -bewegung rein kommt
oder Erongo findet mal was und beginnt mit verkaufen
Aber davon hört man schon lange nichts mehr nur

Hat jemand infos über die aktuelle entwicklung?
das unternehmen ist sehr sparsam mit veröffentlichungen

Hier hab ich endlich mal aktuellere Infos über Erongo gefunden.
Die Infopolitik ist aber weiterhin katastrophal.
Demnach beteiligt sich Erongo nun an einem Gold Explorationsprojekt in der Demokratischen Republik Kongo.

Ich habe von diesem Wert auch noch eine geringe Menge Aktien im Depot.

Man bekommt wirklich nur schwer irgendwelche Informationen. Deshalb bin ich über jeden Beitrag in Foren dankbar, wo ein brauchbarer Link veröffentlicht wird. 

Insgesamt schaut der Chart bei diesem Wert bescheiden aus. Ob ich jemals wieder mit diesem Wert ins positive komme, bleibt abzuwarten.
