$$ Erfolgsmeldung bei Dermisonics ! $$

Differenz zum Kurs in Frankfurt -3,5 Cent also ca. -10%.
Wie werde ich morgen handeln? Nachkaufen!
Ich gehe nämlich davon aus, dass der Kurs morgen mehr als 10% einbrechen wird, also die Chance, um günstig einzukaufen. Denn fundamental hat sich ja an DERMISONICS nichts verändert, so dass der Kursrückgang eigentlich nicht zu begründen ist.

Meine Einschätzung, andere werden das anders sehen.
 

einige Tage tat sich hier nichts, seit Heute Morgen scheint es wieder nach einem Kursrichtungswechsel.  

eventuell die alten Hochstände noch ;-)  

Wird es so laufen wie bei Rösch?...Nach der Entwicklung der Spritze ohne pieks die große Pleite???

Eigentlich müßte doch der Kurs nur den Norden sehn, ...aber anscheinend ist die Allgemeinheit von Insulinpflastern nicht überzeugt...

Kaufen hier etwa nur Diabetiker?

letzte Woche noch nicht verkauft habe, lassen uns weiterhin überaschen ;-)  

der vergleich mit Rösch ist hier nicht ganz angebracht, den rösch hat sich damals das patent nur gekauft und ist dann an der vermarktung gescheitert.
er kam halt zu spät kurz nach seinem IPO ging der neue markt ja damals seinem ende entgegen und somit rösch das geld aus.
dermi hat die patente selber und das man als versuchzweck insulin verwendet ist ganz klar, weil diese patienten zum einen eine nicht unerhebliche gruppe darstellen und sie durch das häufige spritzen erhebliche hautprobleme bekommen.
aber insgesamt ist diese methode für alle chronischen erkrankungen die eine permanente versorgung mit medikamenten erforden ideal.
der jeweilige wirkstoff wird fortlaufend dem organismus zugeführt und nicht wie bei einer injektion oder oraleinnahme mit einer anfänglich hohen dosis die dann immer stärker abnimmt.
wenn sich das durchsetzt und sie die FDA zulassung bekommen sind ihre linzensen gold wert und auch eine übernahme durch einen großen pharmakonzern wäre denkbar.  

 

Der Kurs in USA kennt momentan nur die gleiche Ruchtung, mittlerweile schon + 19%..  

 

ist bislang mit leichter Steigerung zu verzeichnen.  

Wenn Medikamentenabgabe ohne Spritze so toll ist (wäre selbst größter Fan davon, weil Angst vor Spritzen)...warum beflügelt das allein den Kurs nicht weiter?

Also ich kann nur hoffen das alle Tests positive Ergebnisse erzielen ...wäre mit Sicherheit ein überzeugter Kunde  

.. könnte es bei Dermisonics aussehen wenn es FDA Zulassung bekommen würde ;-)

Wann stehn denn neue Ergebnisse an? Lohnt es sich hier zu warten?  

NEIN! Gestern plus 25% in USA. Bin gespannt, geht aufwärts.  

Seit dem 3 Oktober keine neue Meldungen mehr.

Ich hab Herrn Bruce K. Redding eine Anfrage betr.  schriftlicher Vorbehalte im Falle einer Vermarktung des, so wir doch in unserem und im Namen vor allem auch der diabetesbetrofenen Menschen hoffen wollen, lachen PRODUKTES!!
So jetzt beende ich mal den Satz und jump in die Heia . hoffe es ist interessant für euch, für mich allemal ..

Sontra Medical has not brought any legal action against Dermisonics. Their news release in February was after we had just executed a confidentiality agreement with them. They did not give us an opportunity to review their claims prior to their "announcement". Here are some critical facts for you:

1) There is one U-Strip patent issued and another at notice of allowance. In each instance NONE of the Sontra patents were cited against our work, and in the United States the examiner has to acknowledge that he reviewed all the "Search Material". In that search citing all of Sontra\'s patents were reviewed but found not relevant. The Search Material included the periodicals and patents searched by the examiner and two sets of materials we sent along with the patent application, a Bibliography book and our own patent search conducted on "electronic" means of transdermal drug delivery. Our Bibliography book contained publications in the field going back to 1964 and our patents search included the work done by MIT researchers ( now Sontra Medical). None of these were cited against us.

2) Sontra originally claimed we "potentially" infringed on the ‘543 patent but that patent has already expired. At the very least we have freedom to operate with regards to that patent, but again it was not cited against us.

3) The other claims in subsequent Sontra patents may be ruled INVALID in light of the Griffin Early sonophoresis research, which apparently may not have been reviewed by the patent examiner when Sontra made its applications.

4) The U-Strip claims alternating sonic waveforms as the means of effecting pore enlargement. That was unique.

A wearable, programmable system was not covered by Sontra and others in the field.

A system which delivers a sonic transmission through the patch was not envisioned.

These and other critical claims separate our work from the Sontra research


Dermisonics has requested a freedom to operate opinion from a outside patent counsel in relation to not only Sontra, but to anyone else with IP in the electronic transdermal delivery field. When that report is in we will make that announcement and send you a copy.

In another approach we have met with Sontra and looked at their technology which is focused now in diagnostic non-invasive glucose detection. We are exploring potential joint development relationships relative to that technology base as it may assist our insulin delivery program. There can be no assurance that a relationship can be established with Sontra but we are exploring options.
