Eine Chance auf ein paar Prozente ? A0ETWH

1; wie viele upda aktionäre gibt es weltweit?

2; die mm sind (meines Wissens) verpflichtet einen kurs zu stellen
3; wie viele mm sind bei upda dabei?

4; bei wo lese ich immer wieder von manipulation durch mm
warum sind die so lange an niedrigen kursen interessiert (falls es die mm sind die den kurs drücken wollen - genau weiß das ja keiner von uns)

5; was passiert, wenn wirklich ein paar hundert zusätzliche aktionäre in die aktie wollen weils u.U. doch ein investment sein könnte als nur ein zock von dem wir eigentlich noch ausgehen - zumindest solange kein kredit, keine kontinuierlichen guten förderzahlen etc.

die müssten eigentlich die zeit nützen in denen der kurs nach oben geht, wenn die den kurs teiben würden steigen viele ein und die könnten wie die dummen abschöpfen.

warum (man liest das häufig bei wo) wollen die den kurs untenhalten und drücken ihn???

Production Begins From South End of UPDA\'s Catlin Field - Natural Gas Pressure Continues to Build and Additional Wells Turn to Oil

JACKSBORO, Texas, Oct 31, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Production was recently commenced from the south end of the Universal Property Development and Acquisition Corporation (OTCBB: UPDA) Catlin Oil and Gas Field in Jack County, Texas. As anticipated, this production has resulted in the building of additional natural gas pressure in the pipeline and gathering system.

During the most recent 24 hour period, more than 250 mcf of gas was recorded through the sales meter.

"Although we have brought on-line only 3 of the more than 30 wells on the south end, the gas production from the field has more than doubled," reports UPDA Vice President Chris McCauley. "In addition to the gas from the south end, many of the wells on the north end have now turned to oil. Once we finish the work on the 10 wells of the Ruth lease, production of both gas and oil should continue to expand."

Within the next several days, the rate of well workovers should increase with the employment of a second rig and crew. Both rigs will be assigned to repair the promising wells of the Ruth lease in order that their production potential may be exploited as soon as possible.

Leider viel Blabla wie immer.

Dieser Satz macht jedoch Hoffnung, dass das angekündigte Tempo auch wirklich eingehalten wird und die Teile schneller in Produktion gehen als aktuell!

Was meint ihr, ist da noch Potenzial drin in dieser Aktie oder wird Sie sich erst mal bei diesem Kurs von ca. 0,06 EUR halten?  

in der aktie ist echt potential, aber auch nur wenn,
die firma einen kredit bekommt,
die förderzahlen in naher zukunft gut sind,
verwässerung endlich aufhört,
die mm an steigenden kursen interessiert sind,
das management nicht nur blabla meldungen bringt
...

nur es darf keine einzige enttäuschende meldung mehr kommen, wenn das vor der nächsten positiven meldung passiert gehts weiter runter und keiner kann sagen wie weit.

ich würd sagen chance/risiko wie bei optionen

otc wert eben  

das Volumen in den USA ist im vergleich zu den Wochen davor gering und überschaubar was darauf hindeutet, daß die ganzen Shorties und Zocker rausgeflogen sind. Sobald die richtigen NEWS mit echten Förderzahlen kommen und nicht wie bisher nur Schätzungen, dann wird der Kurs gen Norden gehen und wir können uns alle anschnallen.
Es ist alles eine Frage der Zeit, ich glaube an UPDA und bleibe LONG.  

es wird was werden,brauchen noch Geduld.aber wenn alles gutgeht geht sie ab wie schmitz-Katze.

denk nicht das geduld das richtige ist.
die zahlen fakten kredite sollten schleunigst kommen ansonsten ist das ding bei ,003 dann bei ,002 dann bei ,001 und drunter schenk ich dir meine weil verkaufen zahlt sich dann nicht mehr aus.

wir haben einen otc wert, da gehts hopp oder trop
ich bin für hopp und das flott

möchte ich mit geduld spielen spiel ich mit münchner rück oder allianz oder basf

wir wissen nicht was kommen wird sind halt einfach zu faul für den smoking und ins casino zu gehen. nee spass bei seite da wird schon noch was kommen.

aber investoren gibt es in dem wert keine:
kleines rechenbeispiel:
2000 "miniinvestoren" halten á 50.000 scheinchen 50.000*,06=3000 euronen
da hätten alle mal zusammen 100.000.000

was halten die mm's???
und die großinvestoren???

würden alle die hier mal reinschauen (ca. 5000 zeigt ariva immer) mal ein paar stück kaufen wollen was ist dann wohl los???

also jetzt oder nie  

steckt in einigen hier im Forum diskutierten Aktien PTSC,AAGH,FSAC,PHUN... ich könnte bestimmt noch viele andere nennen. Doch man muß auch immer sehen wann wer eingestiegen ist, die die bei ptsc bei 0,01$ eingestiegen sind und dann bei 2,25$ verkauft haben können sich glücklich schätzen, andere die erst bei etwa 2$ eingestiegen sind und auf ein weitaus höheres Kursziel gehofft haben stehen jetzt bei 0,73$ und hoffen auf bessere NEWS. Dabei schien doch alles so klar.
Naja was solls ich denke UPDA wird irgendwann kommen; ROhstoffe werden nun mal nicht günstiger und die Erschließung von Quellen die noch vor ein paar Jahren sich nicht gelohnt hat ist selbst für große Ölfirmen keine Utopie mehr. Jedes noch so kleine Vorkommen bedeutet auf lange Sicht gesehen Profit. Geduld zahlt sich eben doch aus :-)  

 

Ich glaube auch, dass in UPDa durchaus Potential steckt. Allerdings bringen sie einfach zuviele blabla-Nachrichten und Ankündigungen raus, die nicht mehr nachvollziehbar sind. Auch im formulieren von schwammigen und nichtssagenden Sätzen sind UPDA's Manager meisterhaft!

Hast du dir mal die letzten 10 PR's angeschaut?

Was da alles angekündigt wurde und bis heute entweder nicht realisiert oder nicht realisierbar oder doch schon realisiert wurde weiß keiner so richtig, oder?

z.B. die 10 Wells in Canyon Creek, die innerhalb einer Woche online gebracht werden sollten. Davon hat man nichts mehr gehört seit der Ankündigung! Sind die jetzt online oder nicht - was ist da los?
Nur ein Beispiel - davon gibt es ja mehrere!

Ich persönlich lege mir morgen vormittag wieder einige zu, da ich morgen mit "guten" News rechne. Langsam müsste einfach was gesagt werden zur aktuellen Situation bzw evtl der Fertigstellung des Catlin Feldes. Da kommt morgen was - hab so ein Bauchgefühl - die 60 Tage Frist neigt sich dem Ende zu!

Also auf einen neuen Zock, oder joker!?!? :-))  

den Unmut, ich kann mir das nur so erklären, daß Kamal in dem Bereich der Buchhaltung und Finanzierung durchaus Ahnung hat jedoch von PR nicht viel weiß.
Ich denke er ist einer der konservativ rechnet und so seine Ziele erreicht. Der Mann hat nur Zahlen im Kopf aber kann anscheinend seine Gedanken nicht rüberbringen.
Ich selbst komme aus dem "Bergbau" und weiß wie schwer es ist Menschen von etwas neuem zu überzeugen. Meistens hört man: "Das haben wir immer so gemacht, oder das haben wir schon probiert und es hat nie funktioniert." Gegen solche Menschen anzukommen ist wie ein Kampf gegen Windmühlen, manchmal lohnt es sich eben doch etwas zu riskieren.



 

Ich bin seit 6150 in DAX-PUTS drin. Ich weiss nicht, wo ich mich ausheulen soll.
Knock-Outs, bei 7000 ist Schluss. Ich guck schon gar nicht mehr hin bei wieviel Miesen ich bin. Das wäre schön, wenn der DAX-Chart so wie bei UPDA aussehen würde.

also hier jetzt schliesslich mein Vorschlag fuer den Brief, mit dem wir jetzt UPDA bombardieren sollten. Soviele Leute wie moeglich sollten absolut wortwoertlich das die SELBE Email schreiben. Also lasst uns ueber meinen Vorschlag diskutieren und uns dann auf eine gemeinsame Version festlegen.

Also was meinst Ihr? Eure Meinungen bitte!

Dear Members of the UPDA Board of Directors,

this email is a direct response to today\'s public update that caused
additional substantial frustration among your German shareholders.

You may ask why? For the last three weeks, we have been waiting for
progress updates and ESPECIALLY additional productions numbers from
the worked over and online wells in the Catlin OG leases. Previous PRs
sounded very promising that Landmark 4 and Rocky Wells Service would
finsih the workovers of ALL Catlin wells with in the time limit of 60
days in order for them to get the bonus gratification. These 60 day
period is over now, but we have neither heard anything about the
completion of these activities nor about the production of at least a
fraction of the wells which should be online by now. We realy need an
updated information on the status of the Catlin wells and the recent
production. Why can\'t you get back to your regular habbit of
publishing the production numbers from the previous week every Monday?

The same holds true about the workovers that were mentioned in several
PRs on part of the CCOG leases and wells. Your ambitious plan was to
complete all these workovers within only 2 weeks time. This
self-imposed time limit has passed without any information about the
completion of the work, the number of wells that are now online or the
oil and gas production that is now produced by these wells.

Instead, in today\'s PU you provide us with additional plans for
further workovers, which will require additional investments and thus
funds. Still you fail to tell us anything about how you are going to
raise this money and to us the only source that comes to mind is the
additional issuance of UPDA shares. A lot of people are actually
scared about the next quarterly report to be published. This is almost
solely due to the fact that for about two months now this will be the
first time that we will get an up to date information about the
current count of outstanding shares. It seems very likely that a lot
of people are simply not investing in UPDA right now, because for the
last two months you have been hiding this current number of OS from
us. This is an absolutely unbearable situation for a company like
UPDA, who seems to issue additional shares on a weekly basis.

Besides telling us about plans for additional workovers, you are not
giving any hard evidence for the effectiveness of your recent
investments/workovers in e.g. the Catlin wells.

These are the reasons why your PU from today is rather frustrating
than considered good news.

CONCLUSION: We would really appreciate to get a status report on the
currently ongoing workovers both for Catlin OG as well as Canyon Creek
OG. How many wells do exist (after you found additional), how many of
them are online now and for how long and the production that you\'ve
been able to get from these wells. It is simply not enough to once
report the production from 9 running wells for 36 hours and never
confirm these numbers by more wells having produced oil and gas for
longer periods of time.

An additional number that would be very important to know and to be
kept up to date is the current OS count. Additional status updates on
the LOIs for the acquisitions in Wyoming as well as in the Barnett
Shale, and an updated information on the status of the reserve report
would also be highly appreciated!

Canyon Creek Oil and Gas, Inc. reported a net production of 125.3 barrels of oil for the week ending August 18, 2006 and a net production of 149.1 MCF gas per week.

Catlin Oil ad Gas, Inc. reported a net production of 104 barrels of oil for the same week.


Also 0 Menge im August, September und Oktober ist ein Fehler oder die Verarschen uns wirklich!
Langsam hab ich auf das Teil übrigens auch keinen Bock mehr. Die ewigen Ankündigungen und Versprechungen langweilen mich!  

Während der Jahresendrallye in Knock-Out-Puts zu gehen ist auch nicht wirklich ratsam, oder?

Aber mir gings auch schon mal richtig beschissen mit solchen Teilen. Hab mir dieses Jahr im Juni-Einbruch einen Knock-Out-Call gekauft der zwar sehr knapp an der Knock-Out-Schwelle war aber "No Risk No Fun" dachte ich mir.

Tja der KnockOut trat einen Tag später ein aber seitdem steigt der DAX nur noch...  

schicke ich morgen auch ein paar mal ab, wenn nichts Neues kommt von UPDA.

Ich glaub zwar nicht im geringsten, dass das irgendjemanden dort interessiert, aber schlechter kanns kaum werden...  

Der Schein war einen Tag später im Plus ~6100. 200 Euro sind aber schon Peanuts für mich, ein fataler Fehler den Gewinn nicht mitzunehmen.

Ja klar. 1000 Punkte seit Juni ohne nennenswerten Einbruch.
Ich habe bisher nicht einen Euro unterm Strich aus diesen scheiss Scheinen herrausgeholt, die Verluste immer mit den schwer erarbeiteten Aktiengewinnen ausgeglichen. Trotzdem verfalle ich immer wieder diesen Biestern.
Kannst auch sagen einarmiger Börsenbandit. Könnte mich irgendwo reinbeissen.
Aber da komme ich auch noch durch, lähmt meine gesamte Aktivität, liegt wie Blei im Magen, erst wenn die Position abgebaut ist, kriege ich wieder einen klaren Kopf für was Neues.
