Limit 0,38 gesetzt denke die werden wir morgen Früh sehen
wenn es dann nach oben geht wird sie warscheinlich nicht vor
0,60 halten.  

Scheint wohl wieder einzubrechen, der Kurs. Einige von Euch sind bestimmt über 0,50 rein und sehen jetzt ihre Felle davonschwimmen. Hoffe nicht das dieser Wert nur eine Seifenblase ist. Die Geschäftsidee ist ja eigentlich vielversprechend.  

Hab mir mal nen nettes Päckchen ins Depot gelegt
denke mal die wird noch einiges an Potenzial haben.
Ist aber nichts für schwache Nerven.(Otcb)
Bin davon überzeugt die geht ähnlich wie Barnabus
nur man muß früh rein.

Unentdeckte Wachstumsperle mit Verdopplungspotenzial
Die Aktie des Technologieunternehmens Softnet Technology (WKN A0B7RZ) profitiert vom raschen Wachstum seines Geschäftes, steht dabei jedoch erst am Anfang einer rasanten Expansion. Für den risikobewussten Anleger ist mehr als eine Verdoppelung des Aktienkurses drin.


Eine alte Kaufmannsregel sagt: Im Einkauf liegt der Gewinn. Für Börsianer heißt das, möglichst früh neue Börsenstars zu erkennen und zu kaufen, wenn die Aktien noch nicht in aller Munde sind. Häufig zu finden sind solche chancenreichen Aktien im Bereich der Small Caps bzw. Micro Caps – Unternehmen in frühen Wachstumsphasen, die stark wachsende Umsätze und sich durchgreifend verbessernde Ergebnisse aufweisen. Ein solcher Wert ist die amerikanische Softnet Technology.



Das Technologie-Unternehmen ist als Holding konzipiert und steht operativ auf drei Beinen, die jeweils durch 100-prozentige Tochtergesellschaften dargestellt werden. Die wohl interessanteste Säule des Geschäftes ist die Tochter WholesaleByUs (WBU), die zukünftig der große Motor für das organische Wachstum der Gesellschaft sein wird. Das Unternehmen entwickelt Internet Verkaufsplattformen. Das stark wachsende Warensortiment von aktuell mehr als 2 Millionen Produkten wird über verschiedene große Internet-Portale vertrieben. Zu diesen Kanälen gehören unter anderem die beiden „Big Player“ Ebay und Yahoo!. Bei Ebay hat WBU innerhalb kurzer Zeit einen Platin-Trader-Status erreicht, was die Qualität der Dienstleistung unterstreicht. Gestützt wird die rasante Entwicklung des Unternehmens durch stetigen Ausbau von Mitarbeiterzahlen und technischer Infrastruktur.

WBU expandiert rasant und steht doch erst am Anfang seines Wachstums: Was in den USA erfolgreich beginnt, soll im Laufe des Jahres seine Fortsetzung in Europa finden und das vierte Standbein von Softnet Technology ausmachen. Das WBU-Geschäftsmodell wird über die Softnet International GmbH internationalisiert, was für einen weiteren Wachstumsschub sorgen wird. Die Internationalisierung des Systems ist in Vorbereitung und wird im Laufe des Jahres für weitere positive Schlagzeilen sorgen.

Für die frühe Unternehmensphase umsatzstark und stark wachsend ist auch die zweite Tochter des Unternehmens, Indigo Technology Services. Diese wurde erst im Februar 2005 von Softnet übernommen und erzielt aktuell einen Umsatz von 25.000 Dollar pro Monat. Der Umsatz soll sich im Laufe des Jahres vervierfachen. Indigo bietet High Speed Internetzugänge und Systemsüberwachungssysteme für die Hotelbranche an, zusätzlich hierzu Supportdienstleistungen. Ein Geschäft mit hohen Gewinnmargen, die bei Indigo Brutto im Bereich von 30 Prozent liegen! Die Umsätze der beiden Töchter wachsen rasant, beide konnten im März und April Rekordumsätze verzeichnen und neue Kunden gewinnen bzw. weitere Dienste am Markt platzieren.

Mit einer Marketingkampagne will auch Solutions Technology – Tochtergesellschaft Nummer drei - die Expansion forcieren. Ein Vertriebsteam wurde angeheuert, eine Medienkampagne soll folgen. Solutions bietet biometrische Systeme für das Zeit- und Anwesenheitsmanagement in Unternehmen aus dem Mittelstand an. Das System des Unternehmens verfügt über eine Schnittstelle zur Lohnabrechnung. Experten sehen in diesem Markt ein Wachstumssegment, in dem sich darüber hinaus hohe Gewinnraten erzielen lassen.

Alles in allem weisen alle Standbeine von Softnet Technology hohes Wachstum auf und sind von ihrer Positionierung im Markt her hoch interessant. Die Wachstumsaussichten für Softnet sind also glänzend, insbesondere wenn das Unternehmen seine Planungen erfüllen kann. Den Anfang hat Softnet bereits gemacht: Die Umsätze in den ersten beiden Quartalen 2005 sind auf Rekordniveau. Wir erwarten, dass die Anfang 2005 begonnenen Restrukturierungsmaßnahmen die Organisation weiter straffen und in den kommenden Wochen und Monaten enorm positive Auswirkungen auf den weiteren Geschäftsverlauf haben werden. Auch die geplante Expansion von WBU in Europa wird einen entscheidenden Beitrag dazu leisten. Dem gegenüber ist die Marktkapitalisierung von Softnet noch gering. Rund 117,7 Millionen Aktien sind ausgegeben, womit das Unternehmen mit knapp 24 Millionen Euro bewertet wird. Schreitet das Unternehmen mit seiner Expansion weiter so rasant voran wie in den vergangenen Monaten, ist auf Jahressicht mehr als eine Verdoppelung des Aktienkurses drin.

ALISO VIEJO, Calif., Jan. 3, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- XsunX, Inc. (OTC BB:XSNX.OB - News), developer of Power Glass -- an innovative thin film solar technology that allows glass windows to produce electricity from the power of the sun, announced today that it ended 2005 on a high note with continued progress in the development of its semi-transparent Power Glass thin films, that may allow the Company to begin marketing efforts of its technologies as early as Spring 2006.

``Our business goal has always been to develop products with application opportunities that promote the wide scale use of photovoltaic technologies,'' stated Tom Djokovich, CEO of XsunX, Inc. ``In 2004 we took our idea to create a commercially viable solar cell for use on windows and created working prototypes, expanded our R&D capabilities, and acquired the rights to a proprietary manufacturing process. In 2005 we continued to direct our business initiative toward what we anticipate may be the launch of product marketing efforts as soon as this coming spring 2006. We will also start the new year with further progress toward our goal of developing innovative new solar cell designs, as we begin the development of an entirely new type of thin film solar technology,'' added Mr. Djokovich.

Power Glass, the first of the Company's technology development initiatives, is an innovative solar technology that is intended to allow windows to produce electricity from the power of the sun without significantly altering the appearance or use of the window or transparent surface.

The design of the solar cell provides for the manufacture of very thin solar cells on transparent flexible plastics. As part of the manufacturing process numerous individual cells are produced on rolled plastics substrates and interconnected using minimally apparent segmentations. The resulting integrated solar cell design is monolithic or uniform in appearance and simulates tinted solar control films used in window shading applications. The Company believes the advantages to the use of Power Glass films over current solar glass designs lye in improved esthetic appearance, reduced manufacturing or assembly requirements, and lower finished product costs.

The product of the Company's Power Glass development efforts is intended to provide marketable technologies in the form of an integrated solution providing commercially scalable manufactured processes, equipment designed for the specific manufacture of the Company's thin film solar technologies, and proprietary thin film solar cell designs that address new application opportunities.

Another year end milestone is the launch of the Company's Phase 4 program for the development of a new patent-pending 4 Terminal Nano-Crystalline solar cell.

This unique 4 Terminal solar cell design uses a combination of thin film transparent cell technology, derived from the Company's Power Glass initiative, with that of a nano-crystalline solar cell. XsunX believes that the combination of these two technologies into a single device holds a promising opportunity to deliver low cost, high efficiency, flexible, and light weight solar cells providing performance characteristics commonly found only in various forms of crystalline wafer technologies.

In Amyland sind vorgestern knapp fünf Millionen Share's gehandelt worden!

Hier kennt man diese Butze 'fast' gar nicht.

Scheint mir eine sehr erfolgsversprechende Kiste zu sein!

XSUNX hat Zukunft deshalb steigen auch immer mehr ein

wäre ich schon drin. Aber direkt 7% vernichten ist mir zu viel. Wieso eigentlich so eine großte Differenz zwischen Bid und Ask?  

An der Wallstreet wird die Aktie z.Zt. mit 0.835 US-Cent, was ca 0.69 in Euro_Cent sind, gehandelt. Nach dem heutigen Alltimehigh von über 0.88 US-Cent mit mehr als 7Mio's gehandelten Share's, wird es demnächst vielleicht auch mal wieder einen kleinen Rücksetzer geben.
Ich habe am Montag auch ein wenig zu früh eingekauft, was mich aber nicht weiter juckt, denn ich bleibe lang drin.
Für mich steht absolut fest, dass Ding wird demnächst die 2te Solarworld!
