ist zwar begrenzt, aber ein paar Sachen konnte ich mir zusammenreimen. Wie schon vor ein paar Wochen gesagt. Das Puzzle setzt sich langsam zusammen. Fehlt echt nur noch ein Großauftrag, damit Kohle fließt und Caly nicht irgendwann mal das Geld ausgeht (wobei da ja noch die Investoren sind, die an die Story glauben) löl.  

kommen jetzt die aufträge, explodiert der topf, sonst geht es ab in die tiefste tiefe *gg*  

gg . Schade das bei den Amis zu ist. Echt nix los hier, egal welche Penny´s.grmpf

Naja, ich würde nicht behaupten, daß wenig passiert.Sehe das Caly sich einpendelt und ein Boden wohl definitiv gefunden wurde, auf dem auch ab und zu eingekauft wird. Es gibt also genug die an Caly glauben und aufgrund der Nachrichtenlage und Fantasie könnte Caly langsam und stetig seinen Kurs verbessern.Zur Rakete wirds sicher erst bei nem Großauftrag, aber ich bin ziemlich sicher, DER KOMMT.

ALAMEDA, Calif., Jun 16, 2004 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Calypte Biomedical Corporation (CYPT) , a developer, manufacturer and marketer of HIV diagnostic tests, today announced that it has filed a registration statement (the "Registration Statement") with the Securities and Exchange Commission registering shares of common stock purchased and shares of common stock underlying warrants purchased in its recent private placement (the "May 2004 PIPE"), as well as other unregistered shares of common stock, primarily owned by Marr Technologies BV, an affiliate of Calypte and its largest stockholder.

Calypte currently has approximately 164 million shares of common stock issued and outstanding, which includes approximately 71 million of the shares being registered pursuant to the Registration Statement. These shares being registered represent approximately 43% of the Company's currently issued and outstanding common stock. Of the 71 million shares, approximately 51 million are owned by affiliates of Calypte, and the balance by investors in the May 2004 PIPE other than affiliates of Calypte and other financings, as well as vendors and consultants who have received common stock in lieu of cash.

The Registration Statement provides for the issuance of an additional 12 million shares, which includes approximately 9 million shares to be held for issuance upon exercise of the warrants issued in the May 2004 PIPE. Affiliates of Calypte hold about 70% of those warrants.

Gute News gibts erst dann,wenn Verträge zu Stande kommen.  

als will Calypte den Markt austrocknen. Denkt mal an die Käufe der letzten 2 Monate. Ich glaube, es steht eine Übernahme von Calypte bevor. ich hoffe für alle, auch für mich, dass dann alles mit rechten Dingen zugeht und nicht nur Marr & Co daran verdienen.

nicht ausgestiegen, denn von tag zu tag wundere ich mich mehr, das caly nicht sinkt.hier ist entweder ein boden gefunden oder nur noch leute mit verlust drin oder hier wird (zugegeben bei wenig interesse) günstig eingesammelt.haaallooo leute, gebt doch mal ne einschätzung ab, damit man einfach mal wat hört.ich finde das sieht richtig konstant aus im moment.keine riesen kurssprünge aber auch keine verluste.stabilität ist drin (gleich schreien wieder irgendwelche basher, da hätte keiner mehr interesse an soner bude).sag schonmal: seid ruhig!!!!interessiert mich kein bissel.caly wird produzieren ,wachsen und geld verdienen und dies stellt meine meinung dar und daran ändert sich nur was, wenn die aktie vom parkett verschwindet.  ;O)
