ein gewisses Joelu wird immer mit Calypte in Verbindung gebracht, ja Gegenpole ziehen sich an, aber eins frag ich mich schon, wen Joelu Kritikpunkte haben möchte, die alles entscheidende Frage WARUM ist Joelu die Abkürzung für

Durn the.gilligan I will be in the Doctor's office at the time of the conference, but since you will be there and are interested in getting in depth questions I will give a few of them here for you to ask?

1. Why didn't CYPT do the Rapid Urine FDA IDE as promised by 1-31-2004?

2. What happened to AMEX listing?

3. How many licenses are required to be able to manufacture the urine rapid test? How many has CYPT secured to date?

4. Why have none of the officers of CYPT seen fit to either own any CYPT stock or serve on CYPT's board of directors?

5. How much will CYPT sell their rapid test for. WHO is now paying $ .80 per test for rapid tests. Will that be CYPT's sale price.

6. What is the cost to manufacture the urine rapid test? Will it cost more than the present urine lab test?

7. When will Magic Johnson start earning his $ 1,000,000 per year salary?

8. Why did Marr go from $15,000,000 loan commitment at 5% to 3.6 million at 9%?

9. Why have all the "insiders" decided to register their shares for sale?

10. How many people are Chairman of the Board of two public companies at salaries in excess of $ 350,000 per year at each one, on different coasts of the US?

11. Which one of the hedge funds at $ .37 did Melinda Gates invest her money in CYPT in?

12. CEOcast is paid $ 10,000 per month to "cover" CYPT . Why have they been almost invisible for the past three months.


There you go the.gilligan 12 questions forthe 12th. Be sure and ask them all in the Q&A period. I will catch the call later when it is replayed to see how Tim and Tony answer the questions.

die schlucken lieber dauernd cataldos neue aktien und retten sich in träumereien als einmal selbstkritisch mit sich zu sein und sich einzugestehen, dass man hier jahrelang/monatelang auf dem holzweg war. was nicht sein darf, kann nicht sein.

HIV is not able to manufacture or sell any of their rapid tests anywhere. Period

They are not able to manufacture their FDA approved urine lab test.

They do not have a distributor for their serum western blot test that comprised 36% of total sales last year.

They apparently can manufacture and sell the urine western blot test which comprised 2-4% of total sales in last 2 years.

They apparently will be able to manufacture the incidence test shortly. No guidance on when or what possible sales if any they have lined up.


But you still have two years of Tony's promises of big things "soon".

lets agree skippy that no one should lie and no one should lie to accomplish their ends OK.

I have fully documented many of Tony's outright lies and also many of his failed promises.

Tony's documented Lies .

1. Expenses cut in half - 9/2003 (not even close)
2. Cash burn reduced to $ 500,000 per month 9/2003. (Third quarter 2003 had $ 1,500,000 per month cash burn, three times what Tony said.)
3. $ 10,000,000 cash in bank 10/2003. (He was only off a little over $ 1,000,000.)
4. Less than 80,000,000 shares of stock outstanding. 10/2003 (In fact there were over 136,000,000 shares outstanding when he said this.)
5. Huge backlog of sales orders. (Tony later had to admit there were absolutely no sales at all overseas much less a huge backlog.)

These were 5 lies that were untrue when he told them and he knew they were untrue.

He also had the bogus letter of intent to World Vision, the "Magic" to Wall Street hype, and the 23-25 million sales guidance for 2004 with $ 5,000,000 profit(based on that non existent "backlog" of orders).

Aand there was a promise of an FDA IDE on rapid urine by 1-31-2004 that never happened.

Documented lies and failed promises by Tony again and again. But he is still your and Jonas's "savior".

Now you document in specifics the "supposed lies" I have told about Tony and/or HIV.
