es bestätigt, dass Creston viel mehr wert ist. Der Kurs wird nun erst mal unter 0,60 CAD gehalten. Wie ich schon kürzlich, vor Kursaussetzung schrieb: Wer weiß, was da zwischen den Beteiligten hinter den verschlossenen Türen abgesprochen wird. Stehen jetzt nicht irgendwelche (Bohr) Ergebnisse von Creston aus? Ob die Ergebnisse dann wohl "rechtzeitig" veröffentlicht werden? Es geht ja auch nicht "nur" um Molybdän, sondern u.a. auch um Rhenium. Zuletzt gabs ja folgende Meldung:

Creston Moly Corp. ("Creston" or the Company") (TSX VENTURE:CMS) announces that anomalous rhenium (Re) values have been detected in selected drill core samples from its El Creston Main Zone molybdenum deposit, located in the state of Sonora, Mexico. A total of 22 samples from various locations within the deposit were analyzed for rhenium, and all returned anomalous values. Six samples assayed greater than 0.40 gpt rhenium with a maximum value returning 1.25 gpt. In general, the rhenium values correlate well with molybdenum. Additional sampling of drill core is presently being undertaken. A full table of all samples follows. Nickel-based super alloys for use in jet engines contain up to 6% of rhenium, making jet engine construction the largest use for the element, with chemical industry catalytic uses being next-most important. Because of the low availability relative to demand, rhenium is among the most expensive industrial metals, with an approximate price of US$4,350 per kilogram. Details In early 2011, 22 pulp samples, selected from a series of holes located within the Creston Main Zone, were sent to ALS Chemex Labs for rhenium analysis using a 4 acid digestion with analysis by Inductively Coupled Plasma (ICP). The samples represented various grade combinations of molybdenum and copper. The results of the 22 samples submitted are listed below. The drilling intersected significant above cut-off grade mineralization along the south, west and northern boundaries of the Main Zone resource outline. In addition, drilling on the Red Hill Zone has encountered significant near surface molybdenum and/or copper mineralization that could potentially be mined as part of a larger open pit that would include both the El Creston Main and Red Hill Zones. Sampling and QA/QC All of the pulp samples were collected from the Companies warehouse and delivered by Company personnel to ALS-Chemex's prep lab in Hermosillo, Mexico where they were logged into the computer tracking system, and forwarded to ALS Chemex's laboratory in Vancouver, B.C for analysis by Inductively Coupled Plasma. ALS-Chemex is an ISO/17025 accredited laboratory. ALS-Chemex monitors quality control through the introduction of blanks, standards and duplicate sampling. Dave Visagie, P. Geo., a Qualified Person as defined by NI 43-101 is responsible for the technical information contained in this release. 2011 Drill Program Currently the Company is completing a 15 hole drill program totaling 2,100 metres in length that will test the Main Zone along the west, north and east boundaries with the purpose of re-classifying those inferred resources to a measured or indicated status so that they may be included in the feasibility study scheduled to be released midyear. Es handelt sich doch um eine freundliche Übernahme, und dementsprechend bekommen die Aktionäre eben höchstens die gebotenen 0,6335 Cent pro Aktie, mehr nicht.
Für die Problemlosigkeit der Übernahme steht auch der Hinweis, dass Bruce McCleod wahrscheinlich der neue CEO von Mercator Minerals Ltd. werden soll...  

 

mal sehen, was passiert.
Jedenfalls kann man momentan, -wenn man abwartet-, nichts verkehrt machen, was sie gebotenen, schäbigen 0,6335 Cent anbelangt.
Hoffe trotzdem, dass da ein größeres Interesse seitens eines wirklich großen "Players" vorhanden ist, und es noch richtig spannend wird.  

Wie das möglich ist bei dem angeblich feststehenden Angebot kann ich nicht nachvollziehen...  

jedenfalls wird es meiner Meinung nach noch sehr interessant, im positiven Sinne.

klaro, Dundee ist auch heute wieder aktiv, aber auch  Haywood, Scotia sind stark auf der Käuferseite, und das beruhigt mich, yeeep. :)

Creston scheint uns ja noch ein schönes Ei ins Nest zu legen!                                                                     Ich habe eigentlich nicht vor, meine Shares billiger als 0,44 Euro zu verkaufen! Mal schauen, ob's klappt...

 

 

Die 0,6335 Can$ gibt es nur dann, wenn eine Aktie von Mercator Minerals 3,69 Can$ wert ist. Die steht aktuell jedoch bei 3,42 Can$, daher errechnet sich Creston's Wert so:

3,42 C$ : 6,67 +0,08 C$ = 0,5927 C$

Wenn man mehr haben will, z.B. 70 Cents, müsste Mercator auf 4,14 Can$ steigen.
Die Anleger, die heute billiger verkaufen, setzen also auf fallende Kurse bei Mercator...

Rating-Update:

Calgary (aktiencheck.de AG) - Peter Campbell, Analyst von Jennings Capital, stuft die Aktie von Mercator Minerals (ISIN CA5875821079/ WKN 900243) unverändert mit "buy" ein. Das Kursziel werde von 4,25 auf 5,00 Kanadische Dollar angehoben.

meiner Meinung nach interessant werden. Denke, dass es-wie ich schon Mal geschrieben habe, einen wirklich "Großen Player"-z.B. Molycorp gibt, der Interesse an Creston Moly hat. Bei Mecartor ist auch so einiges an Umsätzen da. Vielleicht werden Creston und Mercator "zusammen geschluckt", Mercator ist da auch nicht von gefeit. Ich hoffe und bin zuversichtlich, dass wir deutlich höhere Kurse sehen werden. Also, denn mal los Creston:)

Heute bisher 259.500 Stücke...

Kurs stimmt aktuell fast exakt überein mit der "Mercator"-Formel:

(Wert ML : 6,67)  + 0,08  =  Wert CMS

 

für die aktuellen Infos.
CMS's Appeal of Arbitrator's Award is Turned Down - wird sich nicht mehr als um einen Sturm im Wasserglas handeln-wobei auch ich diese Sache nicht gut finde.
Creston dürfte, wie ich schon schrieb, um ein mehrfaches wert sein, als der jetzige Kurs aussagt, und Moly dürfte auch in Zukunft sehr stark gefragt sein (meine Meinung).

Auch wenn heute zuletzt "mal wieder" mit wenigen Stücken der Kurs gedrückt wurde.
Jedenfalls ist es interessant zu sehen, wer da so auf er Käuferseite auftaucht.
Also bei Mercator ist ja richtig was los, und da habe ich das Gefühl, dass da irgendwas im Busch ist.
