Highlights from the final round of framework drilling includes:
- 94 metres at 4.53 g/t gold;
- 97 metres at 1.62 g/t gold;
- 43 metres at 8.86 g/t gold;
- 40 metres at 2.01 g/t gold;
- 38 metres at 2.16 g/t gold; and
- 3 metres at 42.7 g/t gold.
Work has now begun on structural and geological modelling and resource estimation in order to complete an inaugural resource estimate for the Namdini gold deposit.

- dummerweise scheint das Management mit Shandong schon eine Vereinbarung unterzeichnet zu haben, ob und wie sie da noch raus kommen ist schwer zu sagen
Nordgold hat aktuell das klar bessere Angebot unterbreitet, vlt zieht Shandong noch gleich, ansonsten halte ich es für schwer vermittelbar den Cardinal-Aktionären zu sagen, dass man sich mit Shandong bereits einig ist (für 0,70C$).

Wenn zwei sich streiten...
...hofft das Management auf einen dritten Bieter, der diese Pattsituation auflöst. Sowohl Nordgold als auch Shandong hatten angekündigt, dass sie ihr finales Angebot bereits abgegeben haben.
Zu Endeavour Mining würde das Namdini-Projekt in Ghana eventuell auch passen. Allerdings sind diese gerade mit dem Teranga Merger beschäftigt.
Resolute, Kinross, Newmont, Asanko, Gold Fields, Anglogold, Golden Star haben ebenfalls Minen in Ghana. Centamin könnte ich mir auch sehr gut als Interessent vorstellen. Harmony könnte auch einen Blick auf das Projekt werfen. Mein Favorit ist Kinross, die wollen weg von ihren Assets in Nord-/Südamerika und hin nach Russland und Westafrika.
