On September 12, 2005, B2Digital, Inc. issued Paul Labarre 800,000 shares of Series A Convertible Preferred Stock under Mr. Labarre’s employment agreement. Each share of Series A is convertible in 240 shares of common stock and votes with the common stock on an as converted basis. Each share of Series A was valued at $.24 per share.

Mr. Labarre has the sole power to vote or to direct the vote and the sole power to dispose or direct the disposition of all 192,557,910 shares of common stock.

nach etlichen "liebenswürdigen" Gesprächen habe ich heute endlich eine Antwort erhalten


Sehr geehrter Herr .....,
unsere Nachforschungen haben ergeben, dass die WKN A0B7G3 bereits am 13.01.
zentral durch unsere Depotbank gesperrt wurde.
Diese Sperre resultierte daraus, dass die Gesellschaft der Lagerstelle
einen reverse-split angekündigt hatte.
Aufgrund der Info von der Lagerstelle war unsere Depotbank dazu
verpflichtet die Gattung zu sperren.
Da dieser reverse-split allem Anschein nach im Sande verlaufen ist und die
Info zur Freischaltung von der Lagerstelle an unsere Depotbank fehlte oder
übersehen wurde (das können wir nicht beurteilen), wurde der Fehler erst
durch Ihre Reklamation entdeckt.
Die Gattung ist jetzt wieder freigeschalten und kann gehandelt werden.

Wir bitten Sie die Unannehmlichkeiten zu entschuldigen.

da gehen knapp 4000 shares, also für sage und schreibe 4 dollar
über die theke, wenn das kein beschiß ist.
hier sollte mal die börsenaufsicht tätig werden.
der kurs wird gedrückt, damit hier einige spezialisten noch günstiger reinkommen-
für mich nur ein grund zu halten- alles oder nix. gruss.

Schaut euch mal an wieviel da heutz gehandelt wurden, sehr merkwürdig, außerdem dass der Kurs so stark eingebrochen ist, hab auch das Gefühl dass hier noch welche Großinvestoren schön immer die letzten Tage verkauft haben um den Kurs weng zu drücken
