NEW FACILITY * In September of 2011, Blue Planet moved to a 5800 square foot leased facility on 5.5 acres located at 16431 Kennedy Road, Whitchurch-Stouffville, Ontario. Blue Planet was able to increase its office space, product development and testing areas while adding acreage for hydroponic greenhouse and soil based field testing. Under the lease agreement, Blue Planet has the option to purchase the facility, at any time during the lease period, at fair market value less 25% of the lease payments made to the purchase close.
