Bio-Fuels
Declining fossil fuel reserves and environmental considerations have stimulated serious interest in alternative fuels made from renewable resources. Increased efficiency in extracting and processing bio-fuels from bio-masses has further heightened such interest in Ethanol and Bio-DIESEL.
Blue Diamond Ventures is a company with initial operations in the US and Belize, with long term development interests in Africa and Asia. We are committed to improvements in the Bio-FUELS industry, including improved production efficiency in a vertically integrated value chain - from farming of raw material to processing finished products.
The primary products of the company are easily transportable liquid bio-FUELS:
• Ethanol produced to XX standards to replace MTBE as an octane booster in gasoline.
• Bio-DIESEL produced to ASTM D-6751 and European standards as a diesel blend.
• Co-product: Glycerin (refined) used in cosmetics and pharmaceutical products.
The feedstock is the most significant variable manufacturing cost for Ethanol. In Belize, we anticipate using sugar cane and molasses. New developments in making Ethanol directly from cellulose materials may offer significant cost savings.
Organic Farming
In the United States, retail sales of organic foods have been growing rapidly. Since 1990, organic food sales have grown at 20% per year. The projections for the future show continued growth, with the industry publication, Nutrition Business Journal, estimating organic food sales to reach $24 billion by the year 2010. Organic refers to agricultural production systems used to produce food and fiber. Organic farming management relies on developing biological diversity in the field to disrupt habitat from pest organisms and the purposeful maintenance and replenishment of soil fertility. Organic farmers are not allowed to use synthetic pesticides or fertilizers. The cost of organic food is higher than conventional food because the organic price tag reflects the true cost of growing the food: substituting labor and intensive management for chemicals, the health and environmental cost of which are borne by society. Blue Diamond Ventures has formed partnerships with three universities and selected world renowned researchers to assist with the project. Blue Diamond Ventures will also build laboratories, greenhouses and other facilities necessary to operate a model soybean operation.
Aqua-Farming
Tourist and travelers to nations like Belize have expressed serious interest in visiting organic farms to view the natural process of growing food.
The organic and integrated fresh water fish farming project that Blue Diamond is implementing is a "one of a kind" and will be a highly sought after tourist destination.
Belize has a large population of domestic fresh water fish. It is important to protect the domestic species and raise them in a natural environment.
John Quincey Moaning
CEO/President
Moaning, who has more than 15 years of agricultural experience, co-founded Blue Diamond in 2000. He was reared on a 300-acre farm in Oklahoma where he raised cattle and swine (grand champion) and farmed soybeans, corn, peanuts and cotton and was among the top Future Farmers of America and 4-H students in Oklahoma. He created a strategic partnership with Langston University to establish the first Goat research Center in Belize. Moaning has traveled extensively throughout Mexico, Central and South America and is well acquainted with the culture of the area.
Dr. Jean Bell Manning
Secretary
Manning has been Vice President for Academic Affairs at Langston University since 1986, and prior to that time she was a high school and university English instructor. Manning received her Bachelor of Arts from Bishop College, a Master of Education from North Texas State University and a Doctor of Education from North Texas State University.
Willard C. Pitts
Treasurer
Pitts is an Associate Professor and Chairman of the Department of Communication at Langston University. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Lincoln University, a Master of Education from the University of Central Oklahoma and an ABD from The University of Oklahoma.
Eligio de la Garza

April 16th/08 Institutions started buying
They bought 10,000 shares and since that date the number has went unreported again as "not available", but I noticed nonetheless. They tried to buy but no one was selling cheaply
http://stocks.us.reuters.com/stocks/...eftNav-21-InstitutionalHolders
I noticed that the price for this stock has continued its increase while this and other speculation and accumulation has occurred.
Look at slide 69 "luv BLDV long time" ....well actually slide 70 shows how a stock can "POP" under FTD shorts or others buying back cheap subsidized shares.

Remember BLDV was once a $3.25 stock in year 2000 and $2.75 in 2003. Has it not made progress and research developing? Has oil not increased in value making bio-fuels all the more viable? I think BLDV is even more viable a technology then it was when it was a $3.25 stock
