Leute, bzgl. ANV : Es waere gut, wenn ihr an die Stuttgarter Boerse oder wo immer ihr in der Zeit gestern zwischen12.40 UHR und 14.56 UHR ANV gekauft habt euch beschwert und die Rueckabwicklung aller Geschaefte verlangt

Begruendung : Es lag ein faelschliches Uebernahmeangebot fuer die Gesellschaft vor, das Papier haette nach der Veroeffentlichung um 12.40UHR bis zur weiteren Pruefung (wie auch sonst ueblich bei Uebernahmeangeboten) ausgesetzt werden muessen

Unterbewertung baut sich ab...  

Habe mich mit meiner Direktbank, die allerdings nicht zuständig ist sondern nur die Aufträge weiterleitet und dann direkt mit Tradegate in Verbindung gesetzt.
Meine schlüssige Erklärung mit Kauforder und der Falschnachricht war angehangen.
Mir wurde mitgeteilt das alles korrekt abgelaufen ist und die Kurse Marktüblich erstellt wurden. Die Aussetzung erfolgte zeitgleich mit der Öffnung der Börse in Übersee........alles korrekt also ihrerseits.

Das hatte ich auch nicht anders erwartet, wäre wohl nur anders gelaufen wenn der Kurs jetzt über meinen Einstiegskurs stehen würde.

Egal das Ding steigt weiter und wird sicher irgendwann die 5€ Marke knacken.
