Sally Malay hat (immer nach meinem Wissensstand) sehr gute Basisdaten. Bleibe natürlich drin und bin zuversichtlich.

Laut DerAktionär steckt der Wert in einem engen Dreieck, aus dem Sally bald ausbrechen sollte! Abwarten und Tee trinken.

Bisher ist Sally noch nicht der Topperformer und aussichtsreiche Kandidat, wie vorgegeben.

steht im krassen Gegensatz zur Preisentwicklung von Nickel. Ohne Nachrichten sinkt der Aktienkurs seit Tagen unaufhörlich. Selbst das positive Börsenumfeld in AUS hat Sally  nicht auf die Beine helfen können. Das Handelsvolumen ist dabei recht hoch. Wissen die in Down Under mehr als wir?

wahrscheinlich eine der schwächsten Nickelaktien der letzten Wochen, meine Geduld ist bald erschöpft, dann fliegt sie raus aus dem Depot, ich fürchte sie hat den Aufschwung beim Nickel nicht mitgemacht, wird dafür aber jeden Abschwung voll mitnehmen.
Dabei müßten ganz gut Ergebnisse kommen, da SM nur zu 60% die Prouktion an der Börse abgesichert hat, d.h. zu 40% nehmen sie die hohen Spot-Marktpreise mit.
Was mich bei SM sehr stört, ist, daß in den Quartalsberichten keine Bilanz, GuV und konkrete Ergebnisse und Zahlen zum Ergebnis gezeigt werden, nur Zahlenberge zur Produktion. Die Produktionszahlen sind zwar wichtig, aber nicht ausreichend - oder übersehe ich da was in den Veröffentlichungen ????

Würde eher sagen Sally ist der allg. Rohstoffkorrektur zum Opfer gefallen. Aus meiner Sicht völlig zu unrecht. Nickel steht fast auf Höchstkurs.

aber was nützt das, wenns sich nicht im Kurs widerspiegelt. Zudem rückt Sally keine vernünftigen Zahlen raus (siehe Posting #155) - und mit einer kräftigen Kapitalerhöhung im letzten Quartal wurden die Ergebnisse deutlich verwässert, das ist auch nicht schön.

Das mit der Kapitalerhöhung wusste ich gar nicht. Ist wohl irgendwie an mir vorbei gegangen.

Von den Geschäftszahlen kenne ich die Prognosen vom Aktionär ( ich weiß, nicht die sicherste Quelle)

Aber hier war mal ein 07 KGV von 5 angegeben bei einem niedrigeren Nickelkurs als heute. Und wenn das nur ungefähr stimmt muss die Aktie doch irgendwann mal steigen.
Das hoffe ich zumindest.

die Korrektur läuft im Gleichschritt mit den anderen Rohstoffpapieren. Zudem ist die Asiatische und auch die Australische Börse heftig am korrigieren.
Bin nicht mehr so zuversichtlich wie auch schon, auch wenn das Puscher nicht so sehen.

Nickel Rises in London After Inventory Drops, Reducing Supply

Sept. 27 (Bloomberg) -- Nickel advanced in London after inventory fell to the lowest since the end of last month, reducing supplies of the metal used to make stainless steel. Copper and aluminum also rose.

Stockpiles of nickel tracked by the London Metal Exchange fell 552 metric tons, or 9.6 percent, to 5,172 tons, the exchange said today in a daily report. Stainless-steel makers may need to use inventory amid forecasts that nickel demand will exceed production this year.

``The key thing is LME inventory trends lower,'' Neil Buxton, managing director of London-based GFMS Metals Consulting Ltd., said in a telephone interview. Buxton has tracked industrial metals for about three decades.

Nickel for delivery in three months on the LME jumped $650, or 2.4 percent, to $28,300 a ton at 10:34 a.m. local time. It has more than doubled this year and traded at $29,950 on Aug. 22, the highest since at least 1987, based on Bloomberg data.

The metal has soared amid expanding production of stainless steel in China, the world's largest producer. Global stainless- steel output jumped 6.5 percent to 13.9 million tons in the first half, the Brussels-based International Stainless Steel Forum said yesterday.

Output from China, the largest producer, soared 44 percent to 2.3 million tons, the forum said. Global nickel use will grow 9.5 percent to 1.35 million tons in 2006, beating output by 25,000 tons, Societe Generale forecast last week in a report.

`Tight' Supply

Supplies of nickel and other LME-traded metals have been ``tight'' and will minimize any price decline, Buxton said. Nickel has fallen 5.5 percent since trading at a record after economic data from the U.S. showed the growth of the world's largest economy is slowing

``The underlying economic concern is still there and is a valid one,'' Buxton said.

Copper gained $65 to $7,715 a ton. Stockpiles of copper tracked by the LME increased 475 tons to 122,425 tons, equal to about three days of global consumption.

Aluminum was up $5 at $2,539 and lead increased $7 to $1,385. Tin added $35 to $9,060 and zinc increased $37 to $3,445.

Der Kurs ist gegen Ende der Handelssitzung nochmals angezogen. Das Handelsvolumen war dabei extrem hoch. Der Jahresbericht war aus meiner Sicht klasse, bei anhaltend hohen Nickelpreisen sollte Sally Malay zur Goldgrube werden.

Inco Says Some Goro Nickel Workers Join Strike, Limit Building

Sept. 29 (Bloomberg) -- Inco Ltd., building a $2.15 billion nickel mine in New Caledonia, said some contracted workers at its project have joined a general strike in the country, reducing the level of construction.

Construction is continuing in all areas, and there's no demonstration at the mine, said Jeff Zweig, deputy general manager at the Goro project over the phone.

The New Caledonian Confederated Union of Workers in the French-controlled South Pacific island has called for a strike this week to protest against the cost of living and to seek more benefits from mining. New Caledonia, smaller in area than New Jersey, has about 25 percent of the world's known nickel resources, according to the Central Intelligence Agency's World Factbook.

``This is a general strike affecting a large number of firms in the territory,'' said Zweig. ``Work at Goro continues at a reduced level. No part of the site has been closed down.''

Some workers at a catering company serving Goro went on strike earlier this week. The general strike is unrelated to demonstrations on Sept. 24 against Goro's construction by Rheebu Nuu, a local activist group, which said the mine and plant may cause environmental damage.

Nickel reached at least a 19-year high in August as mining companies including Toronto-based Inco and BHP Billiton Ltd. struggle to expand capacity to meet demand from stainless steelmakers in China.

Inco owns 69 percent of Goro, which is projected to produce 60,000 metric tons of nickel a year. The three provinces of New Caledonia own 10 percent, with the rest held by a venture of Japan's Sumitomo Metal Mining Co. and Mitsui & Co. Sumitomo.

Die Nickelbestände sind weltweit sehr gering und scheinen sich weiter zu verringern. Zur Produktion von Stainless Steel wird allerdings zwingend Nickel benötigt. Aus diesem Grund werden die Chinesen und Inder die Nachfrage weiter antreiben.

Ich habe jetzt die Sally Malay nicht verfolgt.

Aber zu den Nickel-Beständen weltweit wollte ich nur mal anmerken, dass wohl in Kürze eine neue Mine in Neukaledonien aufmacht (Goro-Projekt).

Neukaledonien ist einer der grössten Nickel-Lieferanten - 25% der Weltvorkommen liegen dort.
Die kanadischen Inco und Falconbridge stecken hinter dem Projekt. Soweit ich das im Kopf habe, solle die Produktion wohl nächstes Jahr anlaufen.  

teures Gut bleiben. Dieses gilt so lange das Wachstum in China und Indien anhält. Hier werden die Haupwachtumsraten erzielt. Zur Produktion von Edelstahl werden weiterhin steigenden Mengen in den beiden Ländern benötigt. Hinzu kommt der steigende Bedarf in der Automobilindustrie (Hybridfahrzeuge).
