Team International Distribution Sells MTV's First Dramatic Series Live Through This to Hallmark Entertainment NetworkMTV's Hot New One-Hour Dramatic Series to Air on Hallmark Entertainment Network throughout Scandinavia, Benelux, Australia, Pacific -- 2:58 AM EST  


LOS ANGELES, Nov 8, 2000 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- In less than two months following
the announcement of TEAM's production and distribution pact with Canada's
Telecine Film Group for MTV's first dramatic series, Live Through This, TEAM
International Distribution, the worldwide sales of arm of TEAM Communications
Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: TMTV)(Neuer Markt:TME) has licensed the hit series to
Hallmark Entertainment Network as part of the channel's cable and satellite
broadcast in Scandinavia, Benelux, Australia, Pacific Rim and New Zealand, it
was jointly announced today by Paula Fierman and Larry Friedricks, the
division's co-presidents.

"Live Through This has had a fantastic reception since we unveiled it at MIPCOM
last month. The series has the perfect combination of key demographics and
psychographics to deliver the teen and young adult audience in virtually any
daypart on a global scale," said Fierman. "As such, Live Through This offers a
worldwide appeal that extends from broadcasters to advertisers looking to reach
that highly desirable targeted audience," Fierman added.

According to Martha Strauss, Senior Vice President Acquisitions for Crown Media
International Inc., Hallmark Entertainment Network's parent company, "Live
Through This is certainly in alignment with the channel's new re-designed brand
strategy and its mandate to provide its audience with a television experience
relevant to their daily lives." Strauss added, " We are confident that the
series will work well among our young adult viewers looking for programming that
fulfills their viewing needs."

Live Through This explores what happens when a family reunion is combined with a
rock band reunion. Boasting a cast of talented newcomers and original music
written by Graham Nash and performed by Pat Benatar, the initial 13 one hour
episodes are currently air in primetime on MTV have received outstanding reviews
from the media straight across the board. Live Through This is produced by
Telescene Film Group in association with YTV Canada and TEAM Entertainment.

Team verkauft neue TV-Serie

Die am Neuen Markt notierte TEAM Communications Group Inc. hat die Ausstrahlungsrechte an der TV-Serie "Live Through This" an die US-amerikanische Hallmark Entertainment Network in Skandinavien, Benelux, Australien, Neuseeland und im pazifischen Raum verkauft. TEAM besitzt für diese Produktion die weltweiten Vertriebsrechte. Die Familienserie wird von der kanadischen Telescene Film Group in Zusammenarbeit mit TEAM und YTV Canada produziert. Hallmark Entertainment, die zur Crown Media Holdings, Inc. gehört, wird die Serie über Satellit und Kabel in 27 Millionen Haushalten ausstrahlen.
Die 13-teilige Staffel „Live Through This“, deren Originalmusik von Popstar Pat Benatar gesungen wird, zeigt in einstündigen Episoden auf witzige Weise, was passiert, wenn eine familiäre Wiedervereinigung mit der Wiedervereinigung einer Rockband zusammen fällt. Die Serie ist derzeit in der Prime-Time des US-Fernsehsenders MTV zu sehen und erntet hervorragende Kritiken. Sie gehört zu dem von TEAM kürzlich für die Saison 2001 angekündigten Gesamtauftragsvolumen für unterschiedliche TV-Formate von 120 Mio. DM. Davon werden insgesamt 90 Stunden Programm produziert.

Nicht das Du denkst, ich würde meiner Fehlentscheidung hinterher
weinen. Ich bin mir sicher, dasß Team diese EUR 8,50 wieder erreicht !
(Allerdings nicht mehr in diesem Jahr)

Die Aktie ist (wie die gesamte Medienbranche) ganz einfach nicht "in". Die Meldungen interessieren keine S.. .
Unsere Geduld wird echt arg strapaziert.

Ich werde mir die Zahlen, mit denen ich in den nächsten zehn Tagen rechne, genau ansehen und dann entscheiden, ob ich drinbleibe. Gute Zahlen bedeuten jedoch nicht automatisch auch steigende Kurse. Die Kurse werden von den Großen gemacht und die halten zumindest noch nix von Team.

Hab bei TEAM direkt angefragt. Hier die offizielle Antwort:

... die Bekanntgabe der Ergebnisse für das 3. Quartal 2000 erwarten in der Zeit ab dem 20. November 2000. Eine Bilanzpressekonferenz ist für die nächste Zeit nicht geplant, allerdings erwarten wir in der nächsten Zeit Artikel über unser Unternehmen.
