innovative technology solutions to Investment providers and wealth managers,
today released its Unaudited Financial Report for the first half year 2023.
For the first half year 2023 Huddlestock group consolidated revenues of MNOK
45.9 against MNOK 21.3 first half year 2022. This is a year over year growth of
116%. Consolidated Group EBITDA in first half year 2023 was MNOK -4.2 million
against MNOK -5,6 first half year 2022, an improvement of 25%. Huddlestock Group
Proforma revenues first half year 2023 of NOK 54,7 million. This is a year over
year growth of 77%. Recurring revenues first half year 2023 was MNOK 20,2.
Recurring revenues second quarter of 2023 was MNOK 10,7 against MNOK 9,5 in
first quarter, a growth of 12,5%.
Huddlestock Fintech AS, a provider of innovative technology solutions to investment providers and wealth managers, today released its Unaudited Financial Report for third quarter and nine months 2023. For the first nine months of 2023 Huddlestock group consolidated revenues was MNOK 62.6 against MNOK 31.9 for the first nine months 2022. This is a year over year growth of 90%.

Huddlestock Fintech AS ("Huddlestock" or the "Company") reports a total
operating income of NOK 17.4 million for the first quarter of 2025, down 11 per
cent from NOK 19.6 million in the fourth quarter of 2024. The figures include
both the divested Nordic Investment-as-a-Service Platform, with reference to the
stock exchange announcement on 14 April 2025, and the Company's Consulting
business Visigon. Total operating expenses decreased 26 per cent to NOK 23.5
million compared to NOK 28.1 million in the fourth quarter 2024. EBITDA showed a
NOK 2.4 million improvement from negative NOK 8.5 million in the last quarter of
2024 to negative 6.1 million in the first quarter of 2025.
